Delighted to welcome to the school today, Scott Baigent, of Eight Degrees Brewing, Mitchelstown, Co. Cork, one of Ireland’s dynamic craft breweries. Scott, pictured below with Rupert Hugh-Jones, of Ruperts Farm and Ballymaloe Cookery School.

About Wine Matters

Colm McCan teaches our 12 Week Students a wine course as part of their studies. Often he has guest speakers who tell our students about the particular aspect of wine they are interested in. Often the students get a taste also.
