Posted on June 9, 2010October 29, 2012 by Colm McCan

Mary Pawle

Mary Pawle is Ireland’s specialist wine merchant for Organic and Biodynamic wines. Mary gave a presentation to the students on organic and biodynamic wines, and we tasted a great selection of wines with Mary, many of which are available in the shop at Ballymaloe Cookery School.

About Wine Matters

Colm McCan teaches our 12 Week Students a wine course as part of their studies. Often he has guest speakers who tell our students about the particular aspect of wine they are interested in. Often the students get a taste also.
