L’Atitude 51° – a great new wine café in Cork, located across the road from the City Hall, at No.1 Union Quay – is well worth a visit. Looking at their wonderful blackboard of wines, we can appreciate all the work that has gone into their wine selection, and with the option of having wine by the glass or pichet, as well as the fantastic idea of buying a small tasting glass of wine – what a great way of trying different wines – there are over 50 wines available, with 25 available by the glass, alongside their ‘deli-style’ food served daily with a strong French and Italian influence but with an Irish thread running through it’.
We wish Beverley Mathews and Emmanuelle Legrand the very best of luck in their new venture, and we look forward to attending some of their wine events in the future.
