Gabriel spoke to the students after lunch about starting On The Grapevine wine business, and gave a great insight to the students about running a successful wine shop and business – very much the theme of the day’s demo, by Blathnaid Bergin, of The School of Restaurant and Kitchen Management, who was teaching the students about running a business, costs, and all things relevant to running and managing a successful business.
